The JBF group

The JBF group

 Always one step ahead.

55 employees develop and manufacture at two locations with a total production and storage area of 13,000 m² textile machines, shredding technology,  packaging machines and presses which are sold worldwide via dealers and general agencies. The latest investment is another clear commitment to Germany as a location: the new exhibition hall and the new customer center were inaugurated in 2018 and 2020 respectively.

A high level of vertical integration with precision turning, milling and machining centers, grinding and honing machines, cutting and bending machines for sheet steel, painting and control cabinet construction enables a quick reaction in the development and production of series and customer-specific machines. An extensive stock of raw materials, electrical and mechanical components and geared motors ensures flexible production of special machines and market-independent availability of spare parts.

Development projects, among others with DITF (German Institute for Textile and Fiber Research) and leading companies in the pharmaceutical industry are a sign of experience and innovative strength and help to maintain technological leadership in the long term.

Since 1985 development and manufacture of processing technology, e.g. shredders and the associated plant construction.

We produce exclusively in Germany, are a member of the VDMA and certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001.

The JBF Group consists of three companies:

JBF Maschinen GmbH: Founded in 1973 as a special machine builder by the three managing directors Hans-Georg Joosten, Roland Buzengeiger and Kurt Farger. In the years that followed and to this day, an unprecedentedly wide range of trend-setting textile machines has been developed, e.g. B. ball, winding, winding, rolling machines for ribbons, cords and ropes etc. and corresponding packaging machines. Development focus on our machines was always automated and thus economical work processes according to the individual specifications of the user.

Farger +Joosten Maschinenbau GmbH: Since 1979 production of pneumo-hydraulic cylinders, power boosters and customer-specific presses under the "MULTIPOWER" brand.

C + L Textilmaschinen GmbH: Founded in 1949 as Croon & Lucke GmbH. Production of high-quality textile machines such as reel and yarn balling machines as well as steaming machines for fine and coarse yarns, plus yarn storage, banderole, barrel filling and packaging machines. Takeover by JBF in 1996 with continuation of business operations and the machine program under the name C+L Textilmaschinen GmbH.
